• For those who use CPAP / BiPAP machines, stop using them and consult a doctor or distributor. to find a suitable treatment approach

• For those using a life‐sustaining mechanical ventilator, do not stop using the machine or change treatment. Please consult your doctor to determine the appropriate course of treatment.

    1. Machine that are less than 4 years old or over 4 years old but have replaced the sound absorbing foam in less than 4 years. The foam condition is may still good. Customers can choose whether to continue using the device or not.
    2. The machine is over 4 years old and the sound absorbing foam has never been replaced. The company estimates that there is a chance that the sound absorbing foam will begin to deteriorate and should stop using the unit immediately.
  3. For customers who need to continue using the machine while waiting for a new foam replacement. The company has the following recommendations:
    1. Bring the machine to check the condition of the machine and foam. The company will start to open for booking queues to bring the machine to check on June 24, 2021 and will start checking services on June 28, 2021.
